【明報專訊】多位名人擇居的港島南區壽山村道8號恒安閣，全屋苑12伙的其中10伙，日前剛以7.1億元售出，買家為新鴻基地產的郭氏家族；其中的原業主朱玲玲及港交所主席夏佳理家族等，估計各勁賺4500萬至5000萬元。
(Mingpao) The building at #8 Shousan Hill Road, Hang On Court, has
12 duplex units, 10 units were just sold for HK$710 million to Sun Hung
Kei Property. Among the original owners, such as Lorita Chu and the
family of 夏佳理 and etc. each made a profit of 45 million to 50 million.
梅艷芳故居涉官司 未能收購
新地代理執行董事雷霆證實，新地郭氏家族已購入恒安閣10個單位，計劃翻新後作長線收租，預計呎租約50至60元，租金回報率4至5厘。市場消息指出，該物業由6座組成，共提供12個複式單位，面積各4474至4937方呎，折合每伙價值逾7000萬元，估計平均呎價約1.4至1.5萬元。據悉，現時郭氏家族未能成功收購的兩個單位，包括已故藝人梅艷芳的故居，相信與涉及官司有關。而梅艷芳前經理人王敏慧證實，恒安閣其中一個複式單位為梅艷芳所有。
Sun Hung Kei bought those units for long investment. They planned to
renovate those units and then lease them out for rental income, with HK$50
to $60 per sq ft. Each duplex unit is about 4474 to 4937 sq ft, so
each unit costs about HK$70 million. According to Sun Hung Kei, they
failed to purchase 2 units, one of them owned by late Anita Mui, believe
it's because the law suit over Anita Mui's estate.

區內第二最高金額成交 暫長線收租
資料顯示，這是今年繼有玩具大王之稱的旭日國際主席蔡志明於1月以約10億元售出淺水灣海堤花園後，區內第二最高金額的單一私人住宅成交個案。
新地早於去年以逾12億元購入鄰近恒安閣的南苑，計劃興建35幢3層高獨立屋，總樓面超過9萬方呎。
雖然新地強調只會將恒安閣的10伙作長線收租，但若能成功收購餘下單位，其重建價值相當高，尤其發展洋房類型的物業。
據悉，曾有多位名人明星居於恒安閣，除梅艷芳外，名媛朱玲玲及夏佳理家族等亦曾居於此﹔其中朱玲玲曾於99年4月以2400萬元購入恒安閣地下C1室，面積
4819方呎，平均呎價僅4980元。若是次以約1.5萬元轉售，該物業帳面已獲利約4700萬元，升幅約兩倍。市場資料亦指出，九建主席柯為湘及有關人士於去年向香港興業查濟民家族購入一個地下複式戶，其後以4250萬元轉售。

昨 日 與 兒 子 梅 明 ， 在 銅 鑼 灣 舉 行 記 者 會 ， 就 有 報 道 指 她 新 委 任 的 律 師 撤 銷 大 部 份 指 控 ，
不 反 對 信託 人 任 遺 產 管 理 人 ， 梅 媽 昨 日 澄 清 並 無 撤 銷 訴 訟 之 意 ， 也 不 會 接 受 律 師 所 提 的 和
解建 議 ， 相 反 仍 會 堅 持 繼 續 打 官 司 。 (By
appledaily) Mui Ma and his son MKM had a press conference in Causeway Bay.
It was said that their lawyer withdrew most of the accusation, and would not
oppose to the estate trustee. But Mui Ma clarified yesterday that she
didn't give up the lawsuit, and she would accept the suggestion of the
lawyer to settle outside the court. In contrary will fight till the
end.

承認阿梅遺囑 梅媽放棄訴訟

Lawsuit
【明報專訊】梅艷芳去世已3年多，但其母梅覃美金（梅媽）一直認為遺囑信託人手上的遺囑是假的，為此與兒子梅啟明展開多宗法律訴訟。惟近日更換代表律師的梅媽，昨突然表示，不再爭議該遺囑的真偽，而信託人將正式向高院申領梅艷芳逾6000萬元的遺產，有關申請的聆訊將於5月21日展開。另外，據悉梅媽將要求增加每月的生活費。
[Mingpao} Anita Mui passed away for more than 3 years, but Mui Ma always
questions about the authenticity of Ah Mui's will the estate trustee has, therefore has filed several
lawsuits. Recently she even changed to a new lawyer. However, yesterday
she suddenly expressed she would not dispute about if the will was a forgery,
and the trustee will formerly apply to the high court to get the estate of
HK$60 million. It is said the hearing of the application of the
will will be
carried from May 21st. Also, it is said Mui Ma will demand for an
increase of her monthly allowance.
逾6000萬遺產終可申領
案件昨在高院提訊。梅媽透過大律師表示不再爭議信託人HSBC International
Trustee Ltd.（下稱HSBC）手上的遺囑真偽，即梅艷芳於2003年12月3日訂立的遺囑，此舉亦終止了多年來，梅媽就遺囑安排的法律糾紛。
Yesterday, the lawsuit was brought to trial in high court. Through
her lawyer, Mui Ma expressed that she would not dispute over the authenticity
of the will with HSBC International Trustee Ltd, ie. the will of Anita Mui
written on December 3, 2003. This ended the legal disputes over the will
caused by Mui Ma for these few years.
另一方面，HSBC將於5月21日以遺產信託人身分，向高院申請遺產管理委任書（letter
of administration），以申領梅艷芳逾6000萬元遺產，然後按照遺囑分配予各受益人。不過，由於梅媽曾經爭議遺囑的真偽，HSBC於5月21
日的聆訊中，必須向法庭提出證據，證明其手上遺囑的真確性。
It is also said, HSBS ,as the trustee of the will, will apply to the high
court for letter of administration on May 21, to apply for the estate of Anita
Mui of HK$60 million, and then will assign the money to beneficiaries
according to the will. However, since Mui Ma has questioned about the
will, so on May 21, HSBS still has to provide evidence to show the authenticity of
the will they have.
梅媽可申請增加生活費
至於梅媽生活費方面，她現時每月獲得8.5萬元。律師表示，若她日後要求增加生活費，可向信託人提出申請。05年12月，梅媽指每月6.8萬元的生活費不夠用，向遺產信託人HSBC要求增加生活費至11.8萬元，但申請被拒，法庭當時只下令一筆過給她5萬元，作為緊急醫藥開支。至去年6月，在信託人及各遺產受益人的同意下，將梅媽的生活費增至每月8.5萬元。
About Mui Ma's monthly allowance for her daily expense, now it is HK$
85,000 per month. The lawyer expressed that if she needs more, she can
apply to the trustee. In December 2005, Mui Ma said that her monthly
allowance of HK$68,000 of that time was not enough, she applied to the trustee
for an increase to HK$118,000, but was rejected. But the trustee was ordered by
the court to give her a lump sum of HK$50,000 being urgent medical expense.
Started from June 2006, agreed by the trustee, Mui Ma's monthly expense was
increased to HK$85,000.
自梅艷芳於03年12月30日病逝後，梅媽與梅啟明認為，梅在神志不清的情况下訂立及簽署遺囑，故她病逝前近1個月訂立的遺囑是假的。根據該遺囑，遺產的受益人包括劉培基及妙境佛學會有限公司。梅媽遂於04年3月入稟高院，要求推翻梅艷芳的遺囑。
Since Mui passed away, Mui Ma and MKM always questioned about the
authenticity of the will written by Ah Mui, and applied to the High Court in
March 2004 requesting the court to overthrow the will of Ah Mui.

Salute to Miss Anita Mui who instigated the [Project

她離開前做了一件事，因為這一件事，多少個學生得以在不幸中繼續學業，繼續成長！
Before she left, she did one thing. Because of this, many unfortunate
students can continue their schooling and continue to grow .
她離開前做的這件事，不是她一個人做的，是集合了朋友、同業、社會各界人士的力量，一起好好地幹出來的；然而，若沒有她的策動和身心全面投入，更多人也未必成功。
The thing she did before she left wasn't done all by herself. She
gathered the powers of her friends, people of her own business sector,
and people from different levels of the public, they did it altogether.
However, without her instigation and full involvement, even more people
took part in this project, success might not be achieved.
她離開前幹的好事，依然繼續。
The great job she did before she left was still continued.

【明報專訊】2003年一場SARS
奪去了299條人命，僥倖存活的400多名康復者，亦繼續飽受骨枯和情緒抑鬱等後遺症折磨。事實上，後遺症不止困擾康復者，更牽連到他們的家人和子女﹕今年50歲的康復者余太，病後喪失工作能力，無力支付一對子女的學費，險令剛升讀大專的女兒被迫輟學；任職護士的葉太因工作感染SARS，病後誕下兒子，天生發展遲緩，近3歲仍不懂說話，父母擔心他永遠長不大……
SARS of 2003 toke 299 lives. Over 400 who fortunately survived and
recovered still continue to be tortured by sequels of SARS such as drying of
bone marrows, depression and etc. In fact, the sequels not only bother
those who recovered from SARS, they also cause implication to their families
and children. Mrs Yue of 50 recovered from SARS, but she lost
ability to work, unable to pay her 2 children's school fee. The girl
just entered University almost was forced to stop her studies; Mrs Ip being a
nurse was affected with SARS at work. Her son was born, but his
development was slow, still can't talk at age of 3, parents worry that he will
never grow up...
為扶助SARS病患者的下一代茁壯成長，香港演藝人協會及《明報》於2003年攜手發起「茁壯行動」，為病患者的直屬子女提供教育經費，共籌得2200多萬元善款，至今已成功協助了300多個受SARS影響的孩子，讓他們可以如常學習，發揮所長。
The Project Blossom, instigated and co-operated in 2003 by HK Guild of
Performing Artistes, was to help the school fees of children of SARS
sufferers, they collected donation of more than HK$22 millions.
Till now they have helped more than 300 kids who have been affected by SARS,
so that those kids can continue their studies as normal and develop their
talent in individual field.
「茁壯基金」由醫務社工負責評核申請及執行撥款，每個申請的撥款以3個月為期，有需要人士可以延續申請。基金除資助受影響家庭的學生上學基本經費外，亦資助他們上興趣班及補習班，以配合政府「一生一體藝」及「兩文三語」的教育政策。
Application for for Project Blossom fund is responsible and approved by
medical social workers. For each application, fund will be
allocated for 3 months. Those needy can continue to apply for fund if
necessary. The fund is not only used to help the basic expense of
students of the affected families, it also supports them to attend
classes of interests, or for tutoring. It is to be co ordination with
the government educational policy: Each student mastering one artistic
skill, and knowing 2-3 languages.

受惠子女種出學業成果
女工癒後抑鬱 無力工作
【明報專訊】余太一家四口居於500
多呎的居屋單位，家中有數之不盡的休閒設施——富有歐陸情調的酒吧、綠草如茵的環保花園、叢林茂密的露營勝地等——其實這些都是余太的長女Sammy所設計的模型，它們有如鬼斧神工，令人看得覑迷。主修設計的Sammy今年大學畢業，現已成功獲聘為初級設計師；余太的次子Michael亦在會考奪得佳積，去年在九龍一所老牌名校順利升讀預科。余太坦言，全賴茁壯基金提供學習經費，一對子女才能吐氣揚眉。
未感染SARS之前，余太堪稱一名「全能主婦」，入得廚房，出得廳堂，雖然學歷只有小學程度，但憑覑一份堅毅拼勁，多年來任職包裝女工和做兩份兼職，月入過萬。在親友眼中，余太一家四口都樂觀積極
，是眾人的開心果。可惜一場SARS風暴，令余家經歷翻天覆地的變化。
自食其力 拒領綜援
2003 年4月1日，余太被確診感染SARS，還未來得及向家人交代病况，已即時被關進瑪嘉烈醫院，她憶述當時一個月的隔離治療，有如活在人間地獄﹕「護士都怕了我們(SARS病人)，不敢走近，離遠教我們自己打針換藥，很多病人又屙又嘔，令病房內的廁所臭氣畄天，工友不願清理。」出院後，一幕幕慘痛經歷像噩夢般縈繞不去，令余太受盡精神折磨，試過多次用ɚ刀ɚ傷自己，看見血如泉湧，才能從夢魘中返回現實。
「創傷後抑鬱症」令余太性情大變，終日沉鬱消極，加上健康轉差，已失去工作能力，一家四口全靠丈夫每月8000多元收入過活。當年長女讀副學士一年級，次子讀中二，學費開支龐大，兩夫婦銀行存款不多，又沒有買保險，生計頓成問題。雖然社署可提供綜援，但余太一向自食其力，拒不接受自己「攤大手板問政府攞錢」﹕「我經常想，SARS時不如死了好過，起碼有一筆恩恤金，但死不去，一對子女怎算？」
援助補習買電腦
在社工和心理醫生的介紹下，余太得悉本港有心人成立「茁壯基金」，社工耐心向她解釋基金的理念，余太漸漸接受並於2004年首次申領基金。
兒子Michael每期申領約7000多元應付學費、補習、膳食和交通開支，至今已連續申領12期。余太引述Michael表示，所有同學都有補習，如沒有「茁壯基金」援助，兒子根本無錢補習，就絕不會在會考中取得佳績，順利升讀中六。除了學費之外，最近亦申領了6000元基金更換電腦，方便學習。
長女Sammy則每期申領約1.2萬元，應付學費、交通及製作模型的材料費。余太說，女兒能成為設計師，全靠「茁壯基金」援助﹕「如沒有基金，女兒讀大學時要出外兼職幫補家計，不能專心讀書，甚至因為經濟問題而要退學，不會成為今日的設計師。」雖然余太仍飽受創傷後抑鬱症的困擾，但眼見一對子女出人頭地，總算安慰。余太向每一位捐款人致敬，希望有更多有需要的家庭能夠受惠。

遲緩兒經訓練喜見進步
護士染病牽連腹中子
【明報專訊】「(兒子樂文)去年開始入讀特殊幼兒訓練班，一切由零開始，雖然將近3歲仍未懂說話，但起碼學會控制情緒、用手指拿起玩具，已有很大進步。」
——SARS康復者葉太，患骨枯和情緒抑鬱
3歲的幼兒，應懂得叫「爸爸」「媽媽」，可以在圖畫紙上畫直線，甚至指定用某種水果味的牙膏刷牙，學習上廁所；但3歲的樂文，這些全都不會做。在「茁壯基金」資助下，樂文入讀特殊幼兒訓練班，希望追得上同齡孩子的進度。
任職護士的葉太，2003年因工作感染SARS，一度被送入深切治療部，雖能逃出鬼門關，卻飽受骨枯和情緒抑鬱等後遺症困擾，幸得丈夫悉心照料，總算能重新站起來。夫婦於04年6月誕下樂文，發現後遺症不止困擾葉太一人，更牽連到小生命。樂文天生發展遲緩，將近3歲仍不懂說話，不會同時運用左右手砌玩具，甚至不能咬麵包。
葉太憶述樂文的成長過程較同齡幼兒嚴重滯後，13個月才懂得坐，21個月才會站立，現在兩歲零十個月仍不會說話，只能發「呀」「呵」「哎」等單音，令夫婦兩人擔心不已。葉太說，經醫生評估，發現樂文的口部肌肉過分敏感，影響發聲和進食﹕「他整個口腔範圍都敏感，所以不肯刷牙，不肯咬食物，只能吃煮爛的飯菜。」幼兒最愛的零食如手指餅和果汁軟糖，樂文未嘗過一口。
後遺症困擾一家
採訪當日，樂文與記者玩打鼓玩具和拋波遊戲，記者發現他只用單手執起玩具，另一隻手甚少活動。葉太解釋，原來樂文的左、右手不協調，一般只集中用右手活動，「以前甚至不懂用手指，只會用整個手板拿起玩具，現在懂得用手指拾波子和糖果，已經進步了」。
資助接受特殊訓練
SARS
後，葉太喪失工作能力，一家三口只靠丈夫的工作維持生計，去年初申領「茁壯基金」，每期約批出1.2萬元，資助樂文報讀特殊訓練。現時，樂文每月接受言語治療、音樂治療、健腦操和特殊幼兒訓練班，雖然在說話和適應能力方面仍進步緩慢，但情緒控制方面漸見好轉。葉太說，樂文起初缺乏專注力，別人對他說話時，他從來不會望人一眼，上課時像遊魂一樣，但自從報讀健腦操之後，樂文學會聽指令，對喜歡或同意的事情會點頭示意，能「坐定定」完成45分鐘的課堂。
樂文上月到政府的智能測驗中心接受評估，雖然身高和體重正常，但整體發展程度仍只及1歲半幼兒，語言能力更不足1歲程度。樂文現正輪候入讀政府資助的特殊幼兒院，但由於學額有限，可能要輪候一年多才能入學，其間唯有繼續依賴各種訓練課程。葉太感謝所有有心人成立「茁壯基金」，希望受惠兒童都能健康成長。

with commentaries of a few other senior people in this sector. I already

【明報專訊】30年前，羅文首張大碟《錦繡前程》面世，接覑是《家變》和《小李飛刀》，從此香港粵語歌壇踏入盛世。20多年前，梅艷芳的《壞女孩》大碟銷量超過32萬張，張國榮的《Summer
Romance 87》輕輕鬆鬆賣出逾24萬張，每幾個香港家庭，就有一戶擁有他們的唱片。10多年前，四大天王唱覑「唔鹹唔淡」的普通話，照樣橫掃寶島。

released, followed by "Family Changes" and "Little Lee's Flying Knife", ever
since Hong Kong's music industry started it's prosperous period of canton pop.
More than 20 years ago, Anita Mui's "Bad Girl" had a sales volume of more than
320,000 copies, Leslie Cheung's "Summer Romance 87" easily sold over 240,000
copies. One out of every three/four Hong Kong families owned their albums.
More than 10 years ago, the songs of the 4 Heavenly Kings sung by them in
inaccurate mandarin , in the same way, heard everywhere in Taiwan.
可是回歸後，獅子山下不斷奏起輓歌，羅文走了，哥哥走了，阿梅也走了，像是不忍見這個音樂國度走向衰落，連當今金牌經理人黃聣高(Paco)似乎都氣餒了，說﹕「今天好難找到另一個張國榮、梅艷芳。」他還要旗下歌手十八般武藝，鄭中基兼任笑星與導演，鄧麗欣填詞出書做才女，說穿了，現在歌星單靠唱片，根本難以為生。
After Hong Kong returned to China, elegies never stopped being heard under
the Lion Mountain. Roman left, Gor gor left, Ah Mui left. It seems
that they could not stand seeing the "music country" to decline. Even the
Gold Manager of today, Paco Wong seems to be discouraged by saying:
[Today, it's very difficult to find another Anita Mui, Leslie Cheung.] He
even demands singers under him to have all kinds of skills, Ronald Tsang
(鄭中基) to be a comedian and a director concurrently, 鄧麗欣 be a composer and
writer. To tell the truth, nowadays it's difficult for singers to make a
living by just singing.
「多謝Paco！」是近年樂壇頒獎禮的流行語，古巨基、側田、鄧麗欣、方力申上台，無不多謝黃聣高。Paco有什麼本領？當古巨基成為樂壇隱形人，他能使之來個谷底翻身；當側田未出唱片，黃已大膽預留紅館檔期，最後門票發售不出10分鐘就全部售罄……黃聣高恍如擁有點石成金的法力。
[Thank you, Paco!] It's is the catch word for music awards presentation
during recent years. Leo Ku, 側田、鄧麗欣、方力申 got onto the stage, all would
thank Paco Wong. What capability Paco has? When Leo Ku became almost
invisible in the music circle, he turned around in the depression; 側田 had
not released his album yet, Wong already booked schedule for him at HK Coliseum.
Finally the tickets were all sold in 10 minutes.......It looks like Paco Wong
has the magic power of turning stone to gold.
「好難找另一個張國榮梅艷芳」
記者相約黃聣高訪問，滿以為能取得一兩道炮製巨星的秘方，或一道「捧人方程式」，豈料換來老實的一句﹕「今日好難找到另一個張國榮、梅艷芳。」
The reporter made appointment with Paco Wong to have an interview, assuming
that he would give some secret methods, or a formula of making a star. Who
would imagine just an honest statement: [Today it's difficult to find another
Anita Mui, Leslie Cheung.]
這些巨星，都是誕生於80年代唱片業高峰期，張國榮的《Summer Romance
87》銷量衝破六白金(逾24萬張)，梅艷芳的《壞女孩》更厲害，八白金，即逾32萬張。然後我們再看去年的「賣碟王」李克勤，全年共出4張唱片，總銷量18萬張，可謂望塵莫及。
These super stars, all born in 80s when the record business in it's peak.
The sales volume of Leslie Cheung's "Summer Romance 87" was over 6 white gold
(over 240,000 copies), Anita Mui's "Bad Girl" even more fierce, 8 white gold,
meant over 320,000 copies. Now let's look at the [King of album], Hacken
Lee. For last year, he released total 4 albums, the total sales volume was
only 180,000 copies. It can be said there is no comparison at all.
那個年頭，卡式帶內的歌聲是神聖的，期待的；心無旁鶩地扭開收音機，齊齊墮入愛情陷阱，與Monica起舞，前副廣播處長吳錫輝，當年站在香港電台的大後方，指揮覑唱片騎師打碟。
During those years, the singing songs from the cassette tapes were holy and
with expectation; turned on the radio without thinking anything else, fell in
love together, dancing with Monica. The former manager of broadcasting, Ng
Shit Fai, would stand at the back of Hong Kong Radio, directing the disc jockeys
play the records.
上世紀歌手多「紅褲子」出身
新世代的新晉歌手，甫出道已被冠以「力捧」、「熱唱」的字眼，來得快，走得快；反觀不少上世紀的歌手都是「紅褲子」出身，阿梅與「哥哥」均以歌唱比賽作起點，巨星之路活像勵志電影橋段，成名前都要跌一跤，經過一番低潮。「記得張國榮80年代初參加音樂活動，投入得把帽子『飛』向現場觀眾，豈料觀眾竟然把帽子『飛』回台上，還要大喝倒采。」「哥哥」被奚落的一幕，台下的吳錫輝看得一清二楚。
The new singers of the new century were already named to be promoted with
full blast when they first started their career. "Popular songs" came
quickly and left quickly. Looking back at those singers of last century,
they all started as apprentice. Ah Mui and Gor Gor started by winning

往後的故事毋庸多說，他們都曾登峰造極，然後慢慢退下來。資深影評人石琪指出，廣東話於80年代廣泛流行於華人地區的娛樂圈，絕不止在樂壇獨領風騷，在電影、電視同闖高峰，巨星們均能做到歌影視三棲，互相配合，例如梅艷芳1988年就憑《胭脂扣》獲得香港金像獎影后寶座，及至後來廣東歌曲影響力減弱，他們都走上「先歌後影」之路，花更多時間在電影事業上。
Don't have to talk about all the later stories, they all reached the peak of
their career, and then came down gradually. The senior movie critic, Shek
Kee pointed out that Cantonese language was widely popular among the
entertainment circle in places where Chinese inhabited in the 80s. Not
only in music, in film, in TV, they all reached the peak. All super
stars were able to work for music, film and television. For example, Anita Mui won the Best Actress in the HK Film Academy by [Rouge]. Later when the
influence of Canto pop songs declined, they all spent more time in filming,
all of them walked the road with "songs first films later".
「江山代有才人出，各領風騷數百年」，雖然未及百年，但緊隨「羅、張、梅」之後，就是黎明、張學友、劉德華、郭富城「四大天王」的世界，然而，香港樂壇亦慢慢盛極而衰。「流行音樂80年代開始有10年起飛，行內人一星期7日都有工開，但90年代打後開始搵唔到飯食，一星期只開兩日工。」當時樂壇危機乍現，如今吳錫輝說來淡然，的確，危機在千禧年後完全浮面，2000至04年間，唱片業僱員人數足足下跌兩成。
"There are talents, all remain popular for several hundred years", though not
for 100 years, after [Roman, Cheung, Mui], there were Leon, Jacky Cheung, Andy
Lau and Aaron Kwok, the world of the 4 Heavenly Kings. Then, Hong Kong
music world declined . [The pop music starting in 80s had 10 years
of good years, people in that sector worked 7 days a week. But starting
from the late 90s, it was difficult to make a living, only worked 2
days per week.] At that time, music industry started to have crisis for
the first time. Now Ng Shit Fai talked about it indifferently. In
fact crisis floated to the surface after 2000. From 2000 to
2004, employers engaged at the record business dropped by 20%.

The ups and downs of super stars witnessed the rise and fall of the music
industry. The big record companies, the managers have more insight,
therefore they always have supply of new artistes. Ng Shit Fai said
amusingly: [I'm Paco, what do you want? Must be able to sell, support 10
singers, make money on 3, and lose on the 7. No money what can be done?
All wants to "make" super stars, Paco hopes to have 20!]
未來能否湧現20個巨星，相信黃聣高也不能預知，但由29年前華納的小小倉務員，到回歸後自立門戶創辦金牌經理人公司，樂壇的世情，Paco總能參透幾分。「95年往前5年，有四大天王、有樂隊如Beyond、有創作歌手，造就唱片業的成功，但後來受到衝擊，大家仍然幻想回復昔日的好成績，事實上，音樂市場已經狹窄到很危險的地步。」
Would there appear 20 super stars in the future? believe even Paco Wong
cannot predict. But from a little clerk at the ware house of Warner
29 years ago, till he sep up his own Gold Manager Company after HK returned to
China, Paco would always know the situations of the music industry to a
certain extent. [5 years before 1995, there were 4 Heavenly Kings, for
group we had Beyond, there were creative singers, all these attributed to the
success of the record business. But after that there was impact, all still
dreamed to get those good results of the past. In fact, the music market
already narrowed to a very dangerous degree.]
唱廣東歌成發展障礙
衝擊不外乎盜版唱碟、非法下載，但意想不到的是，廣東歌手唱廣東歌，會被視為本港樂壇的發展障礙﹕「陶拃、周杰倫、S.H.E.在內地發展迅速，反觀香港少有成功的國語唱片，在香港不行、台灣不行，怎可在內地行？廣東歌最多在華南地區有市場，大部分還要是翻版。」
Impact is nothing more than piracy CDs, illegal downloading, but the
unexpected is that when Cantonese singers singing Canto pop is
regarded as the obstacle to the development of HK music industry.
{David Tao, Jay Chow, S.H.E. developed very fast in mainland China. In
contrary, Hong Kong hardly has any successful Mandarin albums, not in Hong Kong,
not in Taiwan, how can it be in mainland? Cantonese songs only have market
in South China, and most of them are piracy.]
黃聣高補充說，90年代初四大天王所以在台灣竄紅，全因為「唔鹹唔淡」的普通話是一種「時興」，其實近10年來，台灣樂壇已開始「歧視」港星。
Paco Wong added, in the beginning of 90s the 4 Heavenly Kings became popular
in Taiwan all because it was trendy to speak inaccurate Pudong Wah (Mandarin).
Actually during the recent 10 years, Taiwan music circle has already
started to "discriminate" Hong Kong stars.
大家都說黃聣高是金牌經理人，何不乾脆再「造」另一巨星，重振樂壇聲威？「不知何解，香港人也好，外國華人也好，不知是否吃得營養過盛，少有一些形象好、唱得又好的人，今日好難找到另一個張國榮、梅艷芳。」雖是半開玩笑，但由他口中說出來，多少有點令人氣餒。
Everybody says that Paco Wong is the Gold manager, why not simply "makes" another
super star, and re-establishes the prestige of music world? [Don't know why, no matter
it's Hong Kong people, or Chinese born abroad, don't know whether it's because all eat too
well, very seldom you can find one with good image, and can sing well.
Today, it's very difficult to find another Leslie Cheung, Anita Mui.] Even

藝人單靠唱片難為生
黃聣高把樂壇形容得像清末一樣，內憂外患交織，與其呆等巨星再現，不如來一次維新變革，「要求生，就要轉型，要改變business
model(商業模式)」，所以旗下藝人十八般武藝，鄭中基初試啼聲做導演，鄧麗欣也填詞出書，說到底，單靠唱片難以為生。
Paco Wong described the music industry as the end of Ching Dynasty,
suffering from internal disorder and foreign invasion. Instead of waiting
the emerge of another super star, might as well to have a reform, [In order to
survive, must reform, must change business model]. Therefore those
artistes under him must have different skills, Ronald Tsang tried for the first time to
be director, 鄧麗欣 tried to compose and write books. To be honest, to rely
on records alone is really difficult to make a living.

【明報專訊】大嶼山天壇大佛的蓮花座下，擺滿靈位，其中一個寫覑「梅姐生平為公益，歌藝永難忘」，幾乎每個入內的華人，都會停一停、望一望，未必人人是她的歌迷，但至少會記起她，在大家的思憶內，梅艷芳並不孤單。
At Lantau Island, many tablets of the dead are placed under the lotus
of The Big Buddha. Among them you will find one inscribed with [Mui
Zai's whole life dedicated to public welfare, her beauty and fragrance and
her singing will never be forgotten]. Almost all the Chinese who enter
this area will stop and look at this. Though not everyone is her fans,
at least will recall the memory of her. Anita Mui is not alone,
she is in memory of all people.
生於1963年10月10日的梅艷芳，由於母親是歌舞團搞手，所以4歲起便開始與姐姐梅愛芳游走於荔園、歌廳的舞台，她曾在接受訪問時憶述，這段走場表演的日子，是一段難忘的孤單時光，「以前唱歌的人不被尊重，被稱呼為『歌女』，家人們都阻止同學與我來往，看覑同學玩耍，我永遠孤單一人……」
Anita Mui was born on Oct 10, 1963. Since her mother |
was an organizer of sing and dancing troupe, starting from age 4 Anita and
her sister Ann Mui began their stage life at Li Yuen Playground and other
singing parlous. In her past interviews, she recalled that those
days were periods she had to walk her path of life alone, truly unforgettable,
[In those days, people never respected singers, they were entitled as "singing
girls", the parents of her school mates stopped their children to communicate
with me. Watching school mates playing, I was always by myself alone....]
歌女變天后 台上覓理想從歌女蛻變天后，1982年的「第一屆新秀歌唱比賽」是轉捩點，18歲的梅艷芳演繹徐小鳳名曲《風的季節》摘下冠軍，走上璀璨星途。85年《壞女孩》唱片的八白金銷量(逾40萬張)、紅館連開30場演唱會、85至89年度五奪《十大勁歌金曲頒獎典禮》「最受歡迎女歌星」……均是梅艷芳的光輝紀錄，尤其在舞台上，前衛大膽而多變的形象，更換來「百變天后」的稱號。
From a singing girl, she became a singing queen. "The 1st New Singers
Contest" in 1982 was the turning point. Anita Mui, at age of 18,
performed the famous song of Paula Tsui "Windy Season", and won the contest
as champion, from then she walked onto the bright road of stardom.
In 1985, her album [Bad Girl] had a sales record of over 400,000 copies, she
held a concert at HK coliseum with 30 shows. From 1985 to 1989, for
consecutive 5 years, she was the Most Popular Female Singer at the "JSG
Best 10 Awards Presentation"......all these were Anita Mui's great records.
Especially on the stage, her brave and chargeable images were always in the
vanguard of stage fashion, she got the title of "Ever changing Queen".
難得的是，梅艷芳在影壇同樣大放異彩，1988年與張國榮合演《胭脂扣》，贏得「台灣金馬獎」及「香港電影金像獎」的「最佳女主角」獎項，直至2002年，即臨終前一年，她仍然憑《男人四十》贏得各方好評。
Anita Mui was good at filming as in music, it's quite
unusual. In 1988 she won the Best Actress at both Taiwan Golden Horse
Award and Hong Kong Film Academy by her [Rouge] , partnered with Leslie
Cheung. Till 2002, a year before she passed away, she got high praises
from everywhere for her "July Rhapsody".

抱病演唱 誓打敗癌魔
不過星光再璀璨，梅艷芳的言談之間總仍流露覑寂寞。2003年9月，她在好友陪同下公開自己患子宮頸癌的事實，誓言「這場仗我一定打贏！」，更堅持抱病舉行演唱會。最後一次踏上紅館舞台，梅艷芳向現場觀眾告白，一生最大的遺憾，是自己沒有結婚，無兒無女。
No matter how radiant her stardom was , Anita Mui always showed loneliness
in her conversation. In September 2003, in the company of her good
friends, she revealed to the public that she was suffering from cervical
cancer, but she swore [I will win this battle!]. Also she insisted to
hold concert even sick. For the last time she was on the stage of HK
Coliseum, Anita Mui told the audience, the greatest regret of her life was
that she didn't get married and had no children.
演場會在一曲《孤身走我路》和梅艷芳的的眼淚中結束，同年12月30日，她離開了我們，走過短短40年的人生。
The concert finished with the song "Walk my lonely path of life" with Anita
Mui in tears. In the same year on December 30, she left us, and
finished walking her path of short 40 years of life.

羅文香江名句成特區之歌
【明報專訊】羅文不姓羅，他叫譚百先，解放後第一個大除夕出生(1950年2月16日)，13歲來到香港，幹的全是低微粗活﹕荔園守閘員、裁縫學徒、中資銀行小職員。少年的羅文恐怕連自己都沒有想過，27歲(1977年)的時候，他在利舞台舉行15場演唱會，一天之內門票售罄。
無論是羅文，還是當過跑馬地鞋店售貨員的張國榮、在荔園賣唱的梅艷芳，他們見證了香港幾十年來由窮變富的黃金歲月，本身都經過磨難，唱出來的歌曲別具時代的感染力，跟時下歌星不可同日而語，堪稱一代巨星。
說起羅文的出身經歷，17歲時的他是個銀行小職員，公餘跟朋友搞樂隊，當過邵氏幕後代唱，後來和「肥肥」沈殿霞合組「情侶合唱團」，卻不為觀眾受落，大家總覺他「騡型」，26歲在無铫僅能充當小小的合約歌手，前程並不錦繡。
堅持字正腔圓 唱出好本領
「斜陽裏氣魄更壯，斜陽落下心中不必驚慌……」中村雅俊的日劇《前程錦繡》，正好給了羅文踏上錦繡前程的機會，羅文好好把握住這個難得機遇，唱得街知巷聞，接覑推出「知否世事常變，變幻原是永恆」的《家變》大碟。1978年朱江飾演李尋歡的無铫電視劇《小李飛刀》首播，籍貫廣西桂平的羅文，唱的主題曲堅持以咬字清晰、字正腔圓的粵語去表達，「難得一身好本領，情關始終闖不過……」，從此，羅文的風格奠定了，也紅透了香江樂壇。
1983年當選為香港十大傑出青年，羅文同年拍了一輯全祼寫真，還買了一部英國的士當座駕，又分別去過英國倫敦皇家愛爾拔堂、美國紐約Madison
Square Garden、新加坡國家劇場舉辦個人演唱會，與汪明荃合演過22場舞台劇《白蛇傳》、《柳毅傳書》。
36歲的羅文，推出大碟《幾許風雨》，銷量高達四白金，可是《幾許風雨》的反彈，改變不了光芒已被譚詠麟、張國榮蓋過的事實。
告別樂壇廣收徒弟
1996年，羅文舉行《光輝舞台演唱會》告別樂壇，開始廣收徒弟如鄭伊健、容祖兒等。
2001年羅文不幸患上肝癌，但他的人生光環並未因而熄滅，2002年3月財爺梁錦松宣讀預算案演辭時，就引用羅文當年唱得街知巷聞的《獅子山下》的部分歌詞，自此這首「我懐大家用艱辛努力寫下那，不朽香江名句」的名曲，儼然就成為了香港的「特區之歌」，同年10月，羅文不敵癌魔病逝，終年52歲。
張國榮選擇愚人節離開
【明報專訊】2007年的今天，環球唱片的網頁上依然保留覑張國榮這名字，再細看個人簡介，原來「哥哥」最喜歡蘭花，愛其壽命較長，天意弄人的是，2003年4月1日，他選擇離開這個世界，終年46歲。
不镟的風吸引粉絲
張國榮1976年參加麗的電視舉辦的亞洲音樂歌唱大賽，得到第二名晉身娛樂圈，早年參演《浣花洗劍錄》、《甜甜廿四味》等電視劇，雖然星運平平，但已吸引了Frances成為「小粉絲」，愛他「好靚仔，還有那份不镟、自我吸引覑我」。
不過哥哥最吸引Frances的，始終是從不認輸的性格，「他的『唔認輸』，不是說要贏別人，而是要將最好的一面給人看，要美、要真、要善」。事實上，張國榮對演藝事業的要求非常高，歌唱上快慢歌皆精，留下《Monica》、《風繼續吹》、《為妳鍾情》、《追》等名曲；電影上更加風格多變，《胭脂扣》、《阿飛正傳》、《霸王別姬》等均教人難忘。
勇敢公開感情
1989年張國榮達到事業高峰，卻選擇在此時退出歌壇，直至90年代中期才宣布復出。復出後的Leslie，更以女性化的形象再度踏上紅館舞台，「最難忘是哥哥著高跟鞋(《跨越97演唱會》)，完全不理別人如何看」，在演唱會上，更公開感謝唐鶴德和自己的母親，形容「是生命中摯愛的朋友和親人」。張國榮的舞台演繹，深深影響Frances往後的人生觀，「令我明白，可以有很多不同角度去欣賞人和事，他真是勇敢的藝人！」
Frances記得，多年前曾在餐廳巧遇張國榮，那天碰巧是Frances生日，張國榮知道後，立即哼唱生日歌道賀；多年後，她再次在銅鑼灣區一家餐廳遇上偶像，由於哥哥一向不太喜歡歌迷過分熱情，因此Frances只從遠處相視而笑，臨走時講了一聲「goodbye」，這亦是她與他的最後一次偶遇。
非法下載
遺害猛於盜版
【明報專訊】本地唱片業萎縮是不爭的事實，2005年中文唱片銷售額僅2億元，較1995年的9.1億元，足足暴跌近八成。盜版是第一個毒瘤，當它看似有藥可醫之際，非法下載來襲，遺害更深更遠。
國際唱片業協會(香港會)總裁馮添枝直言，唱片業形勢嚴峻，擔心手機上網愈來愈普遍，會進一步令非法下載及交換音樂檔案的情况惡化。
唱片銷量5年跌六成
95年之前，本港的盜版CD大部分從海外輸入，後來演變至本地製作，國際唱片業協會(香港會)資料顯示，1995至2000年的盜版市場仍以光碟為主，其間香港中文唱片銷量已跌逾四成；千禧年後，盜版音樂轉移至互聯網，其後5年，中文唱片銷量跌幅擴大至六成，反映網上盜版的禍害遠遠大於盜版碟。

【明報專訊】已故歌星梅艷芳的母親覃美金與兄長梅啟明，就梅艷芳名下遺產的訴訟至今仍沒完沒了，兩人日前又入稟高院，控告梅艷芳生前保險經紀連炎輝、遺產管理人德勤關黃陳方會計師行等9名人士及公司，要求法庭聲明梅媽母子擁有壽山村道兩個物業連車位，以及跑馬地山村道快活閣物業，同時要求法庭禁止9名被告轉讓上述物業。
[Mingpao] Mui Ma and his son never stop fighting for the estate of Ah Mui,
there is still pending case, but they filed another suit a few days ago suing
Ah Mui's insurance agent Lin Yee Fai, Deloitte -the accounting firm
managing the estate, and etc , total 9 persons/companies. They requested
the court to declare that they are the owners of the properties at
Shouson Hill Road and Happy Valley, and at the same time they requested the
court to stop them sell the properties.

Co.及另外3間公司。

The properties involved are No 8 Shouson Hill 2nd and 3rd Floor and the
roof top, and No 7 and No 8 car parks, and the flat B, 9/F Happy Court,
Village Road at Happy Valley.
去年8月，梅艷芳遺產管理人指有關遺產超過1200萬元，其中700萬元為管理人費用，故管理人一方曾要求把梅艷芳的壽山村道舊居抵債，但遭覃美金與梅啟明反對，及後雙方達成協議，決定出售兩個位於東京及新加坡的物業。
In August last year, the trust management company estimated that Anita
Mui's estate valued more than HK$12 million, the management cost accrued was
HK$7 million, so the management company requested to have Shousan Hill Road
property as collateral, Mui Ma and her son objected. Then both side came
to agreement that properties at Tokyo and Singapore were to be sold.
(It's really sad to hear about the fighting
over the estate of Ah Mui. I believe from August till now, huge
management cost has been accrued again. Finally all the sweat-blood
money of Ah Mui will all be used to pay the trust management company.
Ah Mui had no one reliable around her to trust her money, HSBc was the last
resource. Her will can't be reverted. It's no use for Mui Ma and his son
to fight for anything now. The only person they have to blame is
themselves. Why they disappointed Ah Mui to such a degree that she
didn't even want to see Mui Kei Ming when she was alive? why Ah Mui lost trust
in them totally? Otherwise they would inherit everything Ah Mui owned,
and her hard-earned money would not be wasted like this now. Look at
Teresa Tang, her family inherited her money, they have done many things in
memory of her and keep on her legacy.)

[明報專訊】西城秀樹昨日到港，離開機場後便出席港台《IFPI香港唱片銷量大獎
2006頒獎禮》記者會，接受大會頒發「日本流行音樂文化交流貢獻大獎」外，並大談近况。西城表示有10多年沒來香港，感覺很不同，特別是新機場讓人安心降落，不似以前在大廈中間降落。西城說﹕「今年會出一張大碟，在亞洲開演唱會則未有定案。」

came to HK yesterday. He had a press conference by "IFPI" and got the
"Japanese Pop Music Cultural Exchange Contribution Award, and talked about
his recent life.....
談到此行會否去拜祭他的好友梅艷芳？西城說﹕「應該沒時間，今日（22日）完成工作便返日本。其實Danny Chan（陳百強）與Lesile（張國榮）都是朋友，我記得5年前在東京餐廳見過Lesile，對方打扮好女性化，令人好意外，當時Lesile身穿
Jacket，但就穿上高辳鞋，雖然穿得如此有個性，給人很堂堂正正的感覺，可惜之後發生那件事（指自殺），完全沒想過的。」
When asked if he would pay respect to his good friend Anita Mui, Saijo
said: [don't expect to have any time. On 22nd when finish work,
I would return Japan right away. Actually Danny Chan and Leslie were
my friends too. I remember, I met Leslie in a restaurant in Tokyo 5
years ago. He dressed himself very feminine, I felt very surprised.
He wore a jacket, but in high heels. Though dressed like this, he
still looked with character. Unfortunately that incident (he meant
suicide) happened later, totally expected.]
(Even he went to pay respect to Ah Mui, he willn't tell those reporters.

感慨只得成龍一個朋友
西城慨嘆很多朋友離去，令人感到寂寞，現時只得成龍一個朋友，大家像兄弟般不時外出傾談。對於2003年中風事件？西城說﹕「是輕微中風，幸好及時發覺，現在已經痊癒，感覺是上天救了自己。」
He regretted that my friends left, he felt lonely.......... In mid 2003,
he had minor stroke: [It's a minor stroke, fortunately was discovered early,
now fully recovered. I feel I was saved by Heaven.]
此外，IFPI安排王菀之向西城獻花，王菀之會上表示只懂講日文的食物，並示範熱狗如何讀法，一度令身邊的西城錯愕，明顯不知什麼原因。王菀之事後解釋﹕「可能西城不知其他廣東話意思，才會有如此反應。」

Earlier Mui Ma applied to High Court requesting HSBC
International Trusted to disclose the will of Anita Mui and ruled it as invalid.
The new lawyer Mui Ma hired requested to reject 2 persons who would reply in the
court, then apply for the decision to win. However the judge pointed out
that to apply decision to win first will save time and money for Mui Ma, so
should apply to reject 2 persons to reply later.
MKM stated that they already appointed new lawyer and also
accused that the former lawyer is the "spy" of those who are going to reply in
the court. Mui Ma's new lawyer will reject Eddie Lau and 妙境佛學會to reply in
court. The case relating to the Will is already arranged for
hearing, which is estimated to take 16 days.
The private subpoena applied by MKM earlier was rejected by the
Justice Department for insufficient evidence .

Not Enough supporting evidence
Last year , Mui Kei Ming applied to the
court for a private subpoena, accusing Eddie Lau and Choi Siu Lin
for stealing things from Anita Mui's safe. Though this case has been
arranged for the interrogation in the high court, the Justice Department
by the request of MKM has joined in the investigation. Yesterday the
Justice Department announced that there is not enough evidence, the whole case
is closed. However, all parties invoiced have to pay their own legal fee.
